Delivery Process

After your products are produced according to the features you have chosen during the ordering process, we strive to send them to you within the time specified on the product page. Address delivery of your orders is free. Thus, your print orders, which you can place from wherever you want, will be delivered by shipping to the address you want.

What You Need To Know About The Shipping Process

For the fastest solution to the problems that may occur after your products are shipped, you can send us an e-mail. In such cases, we will do our best to speed up the solution to your satisfaction.

In cases where the shipping company can not find you at the address you provided in the order, your products will be taken back to the shipping branch in your region. If you do not receive your products from the branch within 3 days, the product will be returned to our company.

When receiving your order, you should check whether there is any damage or missing product. In case of any damage due to delivery, you should fill out a damage report.

Areas far from the city where delivery is not made by vehicle, and areas that can not be entered due to security reasons, such as military bases – military lodgements, are out of our service area. If this is the case for your address, you should request your products to a different address. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any delays and setbacks that may occur.
